The first lunar month of this rabbit year is from February 21st to March 21st, 2023
During this auspicious month, the power of positive and negative intentions and
actions increases ten million (10,000,000) times or more.
Thus, we encourage all virtuous beings to practice Dharma and to engage in virtuous activities every day for the whole month.
Especially, we invite all to join us in this Miracle Event during these first days of this month to create immeasurable good karma.

Language and Translation
Most sessions of the program will be taught in English, however,
some sessions will be taught in other languages, and many
teachings and practice sessions may have translations available in Chinese,
Russian, German, Spanish, Japanese, and so on, based on availability and need.
Certificate and Credit Earned
Upon completion of the 15 Great Miracles Aspiration Program, students who
participated in the entire program will receive a certificate of recognition
and one academic credit, which can be applied towards academic awards
within the Dzogchen Buddha Path Dharma Education System.
(Note: This time, we are especially honoring those who participate
in this event during the circumstance of the global pandemic situation.)
Specifics for receiving an academic credit:
In the 1st five days: must attend at least 2 sessions per day:
International Teaching and/or Regional Teaching, plus one practice session.
In the 2nd five days: must attend at least 3 sessions per day:
International Teaching AND Regional Teaching, plus one practice session.
In the 3rd five days: must attend at least 4 sessions per day:
International Teaching AND Regional Teaching, plus both morning and evening regional practice sessions.
The three sets of five days of the program are progressive and cumulative.
The first five days of the program build the meritorious power that enhances the meritorious power of the second five days.
The second five days intensifies the meritorious power of the third five days.
Thus, it is very good to participate in the whole program.
If unable to participate in the whole program,
partial participation is also possible.
Non-Credit Participation
All participants are welcome to attend any day
in this Miracle Event that they find suitable,
but in order to attend the daily teaching
they must attend at least one practice session on that day.
In short, the minimum participation for any one day
is to attend one teaching and one daily practice.
General Daily Miracle Aspiration Schedule:
- Practice the morning Buddha Path practice for up to 1 hour.
(Joining the daily Buddha Path Internet Group Practice is encouraged.) - Receive live teaching and tutoring for 1-2 hours.
(This includes Q&A sessions.) - Engage in individual virtuous activity during the day for 1 hour.
(personal activities) - Participate in individual tutoring or group discussion for 1 hour.
(personal study) - Do self-study, contemplation, meditation, and practice for 1 hour or more.
(personal practice) - Practice the evening Buddha Path practice for 1 hour.
(Joining the daily Buddha Path Internet Group Practice is encouraged.) - Rest for 7 to 8 hours while holding the vows of virtue and silence.

The Goals and Objectives of the Miracle Aspiration Program
Immediate goal:
To miraculously transform our bodies, speech, and minds into the enlightened miracle of all Buddhas.
The ultimate goal:
To swiftly liberate all beings from suffering and to establish them in the ultimate miracle, Buddha, the absolute goal of the Dzogchen Buddha Path Lineage.
The short-term objective:
To train our bodies, speech, and minds every day to embody the inherent miracles of natural healing through taking refuge in Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha and holding the vow of bodhicitta.
The long-term objective:
To bring the natural miracles of all Buddhas and enlightened beings into our daily lives.
History of the Dzogchen Buddha Path Great Miracle Aspiration Retreat
In 2016, the first Dzogchen Buddha Path Great Miracle Aspiration Retreat took place in Shravasti, India. The International Dzogchen Buddha Path Sangha, along with Tibetan Buddhist monks from the Dzogchen Buddha Path Monasteries in Nepal and India, gathered together to practice in the sacred Dakini place in Godawari, Nepal, traveled on pilgrimage to the birthplace of Buddha in Lumbini, Nepal, and reached the place of Buddha’s great miracle display in Shravasti, India to hold the Great Miracle Aspiration Retreat.
This year, the eighth annual Dzogchen Buddha Path Great Miracle Aspiration Retreat Teaching and Practice will be held worldwide through this internet teaching and practice program.

The Excellent Gathered Perfection of Sacred Locations
Introducing the Holy Sites of Shravasti, India, Where Buddha Shakyamuni Displayed the Fifteen Great Miracles, as well as the Dzogchen Buddha Path Retreat Centers in Nepal, America, and Europe
1. The holy site of Shravasti, India is where our Supreme Guide Buddha Shakyamuni displayed the fifteen great miracles 2,943 years ago and conducted summer retreats for 23 years. Thus, most of the Buddhist system was established at and flourished from this very sacred holy place. Therefore, those who are able to gather in this holy place to profoundly commemorate these fifteen great miracles of Buddha, wisely study these fifteen extraordinary miracles, and faithfully practice these fifteen powerful miracles will eventually accomplish the common and supreme attainments. More information on these miracles is described below and will be taught in more detail during this program.
2. The holy site of Godawari is the sacred holy place of Vajrawarahi and Hayagriwa, known as a Dakini city, one of the 24 naturally present Dakini holy cities, where one of the Dzogchen Buddha Path Retreat Centers is located. Those who make pilgrimage and practice in this holy place will receive great blessings from Vajrawarahi, Hayagriwa, and all enlightened dakas and dakinis, will easily accumulate a great amount of merit in a short time, and swiftly accomplish the common and supreme attainments.
3. The Dzogchen Retreat Center USA, known as Dzogchen Beyul, located in a sacred valley in the Northwest of the United States, has been the site of hundreds of thousands of hours of intensive Dharma teaching, training, and practice in the Dzogchen Buddha Path Lineage since 2007. Many Dharma practitioners from around the world who have visited this holy place have received great blessings and benefit and witnessed miraculous events and auspicious phenomena.
4. The Dzogchen Retreat Center, Europe, established in 2020, is the newest Dzogchen Buddha Path retreat center in our global organization. Located in the heart of Europe, auspiciously nestled in the beautiful lower Austrian Alps, this jewel of a retreat center is already inspiring students from all over the world to come together and help to promulgate the authentic Dzogchen Buddha Path system in our world.

Even during this difficult time, we are establishing miracle powers ourselves with the blessings of all Buddhas and enlightened beings and especially Buddha Shakyamuni and all Dzogchen Lineage Masters, along with the assemblage of our Holy Vajra Master, Dharma Teachers, and precious Sangha.
It is rare to have such an extraordinary virtuous event to occur in this world during such difficult times. Therefore, it is very important to support such beneficial Dharma events and virtuous activities according to your resources, time, and energy for the sake of yourself and the whole world.
It is surprising that some people are willing to spend huge amounts of resources, time, and energy for nonvirtuous events and harmful activities, but are not willing to spend even a small amount of resources, time, and energy for beneficial events or virtuous activities. - Kindly considering the challenges of the pandemic,
all participants will receive a discount of 10% upon request
(this discount is from the $500 base fee, which will be $450.)
- To lovingly support the Sangha members,
all Dzogchen Buddha Path Sangha Members receive an additional 10% discount upon request.
(this discount can be combined with the pandemic discount, which will be a total of $400.)

Options for Possible Fee Waivers
- To sincerely honor virtuous intention,
those who sponsor two other members to attend the program will have their own fees waived.
(For sponsoring two people, the minimum is $900.)
(Sponsors can choose individuals to sponsor or directly donate to general sponsorship.)
- To gratefully honor generosity,
those who donate more than $1,500USD for the program will also have their fees waived.
(any amount of donation and contribution is welcome and is greatly beneficial for the continuation of our teaching and practice programs.)

To compassionately care for those in need,
those who are unable to pay the program fees should request their local Dzogchen Buddha Path Center or regional event director for possible sponsorship availability.
How the Fees Will be Utilized
The entire net revenue of the event, after operational costs, will be distributed as follows:
- 50% of fees collected in this program will go to establishing the Dzogchen Buddha Path University
- 25% will be distributed to the International Dzogchen Buddha Path Dharma Centers.
- 25% will be distributed to the International Dzogchen Buddha Path Dharma Teachers and Administrators.
