Buddhist Background: She took refuge in the Three Supremes in 2010 and started studying Buddhapath. Ever since her meeting Khenpo Choga Rinpoche in July 2011, she has attended one-month retreat in DRC four times under the guidance of Khenpo, in addition to three other retreats in Hong Kong and Taiwan. She actively participates in the Dharma events in the Hong Kong Dzogchen Shri Singha Buddhist Centre on a regular basis for the learning, contemplation and meditation of Dharma.
