Requirements and suggestions
All retreat sessions must be attended in full. Participants must arrive and complete check-in before November 6. During the retreat, absences are not permitted, nor may participants leave before the official conclusion. Those unable to comply will not be allowed to rejoin the retreat, and fees will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Please also note that this is a Dharma retreat, not a leisure trip. Meals and accommodations follow the principles of health, safety, and cleanliness, but may not offer the comfort and convenience of hotels. We ask for your patience and gratitude in embracing any inconveniences.

II. Guidelines & Recommendations
1. Accommodation
Most rooms are single occupancy (suite with a large bed). However, if the number of participants exceeds capacity, some rooms may be shared by two people.
2. Meals
Retreat fees include three daily vegetarian meals, shared with all participants. All food is lovingly prepared by volunteer cooks.
If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please indicate them at registration. However, please understand that customized or medical diets cannot be provided. If your needs are special, we recommend bringing your own dietary supplements.
3. Health
Please take care of your precious body. If you feel unwell, drink water, take Vitamin C, and wear a mask proactively.
III. Prohibited Items
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the retreat center.
• Do not bring cigarettes, tobacco products, or e-cigarettes.
• Do not bring pets or feed stray animals.
• During the retreat, the center will not accommodate outside visitors. Please do not invite unregistered friends or family without prior notice.
• If you require assistance during daily activities, your companion must also register for the retreat or submit a special request in advance.
IV. Fees and Refund Policy
To draw near and learn directly from a contemporary great master is truly a once-in-a-lifetime rare and precious opportunity. The inner growth and enrichment you will gain are treasures beyond measure, far surpassing material value. From this very moment, let us all generate a pure motivation for requesting Dharma teachings and joyfully prepare ourselves to welcome this retreat.
Our organization is a non-profit. All activities and daily operations rely entirely on the generosity and support of benefactors from all directions. The overall cost of this retreat—including venue, meals, and other necessary expenses—is $420 US dollars. Your retreat fee not only completes your registration but also becomes a meaningful offering to support the flourishing of the Dharma and the accumulation of merit. Please kindly complete your payment by the registration deadline, October 31, so that we can make proper arrangements.
Support and Sponsorship
We warmly welcome your sponsorship and support for the retreat center’s ongoing activities. Whether through donations or by volunteering your time and energy, we deeply appreciate your contribution.
Finally, we sincerely welcome and look forward to your participation. May we all receive the blessings of the Buddha, and may our merit and wisdom ever increase.
